What does the price include?

The price includes a one-time delivery and pick-up for selected container size along with standard disposal, up to ten (10) day rental, fuel, environmental surcharges and taxes. There is a charge for any dumpster inactive on site longer than ten (10) days including weekends and holidays. Inactivity charges are $5.00 per day for every day past the tenth (10) day. All waste will be disposed of in a fully approved and licensed disposal facility.

What are my payment options?

Waste Pro accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and Discover, and we also accept ACH payments. Please have your card or bank account information in front of you when placing or adding services to your order.

What if I need an extra haul?

You can have as many additional hauls as needed with your order but you will be assessed the per haul fee with standard disposal per haul.

Will I be billed for extra weight?

Yes, additional charges will be billed if your container tonnage goes over the standard disposal included in your service agreement. Please be aware that Disposal Per Ton rate is only valid up to 10 Ton, over 10 Ton 150% Disposal Per Ton rate applies.

How much clear space do I need in front of a container?
Whether the container is going on your property, the truck dropping off and picking up the container needs room to maneuver. Clearance needed is W: 13 ft., H: 20 ft.

How do I know if I’m getting the right size container for the job?

You will almost certainly need a container one size bigger than you think you need. Carpeting, scrap wood, drywall—all of these waste products take up volume. Concrete, rock, and dirt are more weight than volume, and usually you can only fill the container half full. Finally, containers of similar volume may come in different dimensions. All containers over 10 Tons will be billed overweight disposal rates (+150% Disposal Per Ton rate)

What is a good size if the property has limited space?

A 20 yard dumpster is ideal for anyone looking for a good sized dumpster, but can’t have too much space at their work site. Renting one of our 20 yard dumpsters is the perfect dumpster for handling the debris of shed renovation, or a large home remodeling project. Another great aspect about renting a 20 yard dumpster is they are not so large that they can’t be loaded easily, but they are large enough to handle most needs you can have for your dumpster.

How much can a 20 yard dumpster hold?

A 20 yard dumpster can hold twenty cubic yards of material. This is roughly equivalent to six pickup truck loads of debris. The approximate size is 8 ft. x 22 ft. x 4 ft approx. A 20 yard dumpster may be the right dumpster size for a large basement, attic, or garage cleanup; flooring and carpet removal for a large house; 300 to 400 square feet of deck removal; or 2500 to 3000 sq. ft. of single layer roof shingle removal.

What size container should I get for a major construction project?

A 30 yard dumpster holds 30 cubic yards of waste. When a 20 yard dumpster just isn’t enough to handle the needs of your construction or demolition job, turn to a 30 yard dumpster rental. A 30 yard dumpster can handle around nine pickup truck loads. The value for our 30 yard dumpster is great when you look at our dumpster prices. What size container should I get for a large home remodel?

How much can a 40 yard dumpster hold?

A 40 yard dumpster can hold forty cubic yards of material. This is roughly equivalent to twelve pickup truck loads of debris. The approximate size is 8 ft. x 22 ft. x 8 ft. approx. A 40 yard dumpster may be appropriate for window or siding replacement for a large home; commercial roof tear off; commercial clean out; new construction or major addition; large amount of trash, paper, or cardboard.

Who do I call to check on a dumpster delivery?

All dumpster orders will be delivered on the scheduled day of service. Your container may arrive any time throughout the day unless otherwise specified. Please ask for the local dispatch phone number for an ETA.

Is there a right way to load a dumpster?

Yes. Please try to load the dumpster as evenly as possibly. BE SURE NOT TO OVERLOAD THE DUMPSTER. There will be an additional charge (Dry Run) for the driver to go over to the jobsite and not being able to service the container. The dumpster shall not be filled above the top of the dumpster. No items shall be hanging over the sides or sticking out of the dumpster at any time.

Do I have to be there when my dumpster is delivered?

No, unless you want to be. Please give us very specific placement instructions and we will deliver the dumpster according to these instructions. If the dumpster needs to be placed in an area/spot that is not easily described over the phone or if the delivery location is especially crucial, then it would be a good idea for someone to be there to ensure the dumpster is placed in the right spot.

Will the dumpster damage my driveway or lawn?

Due to the dumpster’s weight, there is a risk that it may cause some damage to your lawn and certain types of driveways. If this is a concern of yours, we recommend having pieces of plywood ready when the container is delivered to place under the wheels of the dumpster. This should help minimize any damage. Waste Pro does not take any responsibility or liability for any damage caused to your lawn or driveway, however.

How far in advance do I need to order a dumpster rental?

Please order your dumpster 1-2 business days in advance if possible. However, in certain situations, Waste Pro may be able to deliver the container sooner.

What if I need an additional haul?

When you order your dumpster, your Waste Pro representative will consult with you to find out the size of your project and schedule the correct amount of hauls needed. We want you to be completely satisfied with your dumpster service so we will schedule any additional hauls, if needed.

What are my payment options?

Payment for your dumpster rental is in advance with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or your bank account information.

What materials are prohibited from dumping in a Waste Pro container?

An additional rate will be charged for any of the following “Unacceptable Materials” listed below, found in dumpster. Unacceptable Materials:
• Hazardous waste
• Industrial waste
• Asbestos
• Adhesives
• Infectious waste
• Contaminated absorbents
• Chemical products
• Oil filters
• Food wastes
• Dirt, concrete, brick, asphalt, sod or shingles should only be disposed in 20YD containers
• Herbicides & pesticides
• Radioactive material
• Solvents
• Thinners
• Lacquers,
• Paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), other flammable liquids, Aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil/lubricating/hydraulic oil/ oil filters
• Contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.)
• Fuels
• Contaminated soils
• Antifreeze
• Appliances, hot water heater, A/C
• Petroleum contaminated soil/lead paint chips
• Tires (where permitted an additional fee of $20-$50 will be charged)
• Batteries
• Car batteries

How do I change or cancel an order?

You may cancel or change an order by calling 1-844-293-4285. All order modifications must be done one business day in advance to allow processing. Fees are assessed to same day canceled orders per the terms of the agreement.

What if I need a larger container?

Please review container sizes for assistance in confirming the best-sized container to fit your needs. If the container you have rented has filled-up but your project/need is not completed, please call customer service at 1844-293-4285 for future options. Additional fees may apply.

What if I need an additional haul?

What if location changes?

How far in advance do I need to order?

All orders must be done at least one business day in advance to allow for processing. Also, note that there is no guaranteed delivery time, so if a container is needed first thing in the morning, delivery should be scheduled for the day prior.

Is emergency delivery available?

Emergency services are available based upon location and availability and additional fees may apply. We recommend all orders are placed at least 1-2 business days in advance to allow for processing.

What if the driver comes for delivery or removal and I am not ready for the container to be dropped or removed?

Please note trip charges (Dry Run) will incur a supplementary cost per visit as listed in the agreement. If you are not ready to have your roll-off container picked up, delivered or serviced, you may change dates by calling 1-844-293-4285. Please remember that inactivity fee per diem will apply.

What if I need to keep my container longer/have it removed sooner?

If you want to modify the dates when your dumpster rental is picked up, you may do so by calling 1-844-293-4285.

Is it necessary for someone to be there when they deliver or remove my container?

It is preferred, but not necessary to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of the container. The driver will use their best judgment and place the container in the safest accessible area when delivering the container. However, if an onsite contact is not available for delivery, you will be responsible for all charges involved with relocation of the dumpster should it be necessary. For removal; customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled pick-up day; if equipment is inaccessible customer is subject to additional dry run charges, as terms and conditions apply.

How many tons can I put in my container?

Certain materials such as concrete and dirt can be very heavy as compared to equal volumes of regular trash, wood, vinyl or aluminum siding, etc. Before placing any of these heavier materials in any containers, please review the terms and conditions of your agreement and contact Waste Pro’s customer service representative at 1-844-293-4285 for guidance on how much is allowed in the container. Do not fill the container above water level even with light material. All containers over 10 Ton will be charged overweight disposal rates (+150% Additional Disposal Rate)
